Our Pistachio Malai Milk Cake Tray is one of Q's Bakery's signature desserts, combining an ultra-light milk cake sponge with the rich flavours of pistachio and aromatic cardamom. The sponge is soaked for up to 12 hours in our signature three-milk mixture, creating a soft, creamy texture in every bite.
Finished with our handcrafted malai cream and a generous topping of finely crushed pistachios, this indulgent milk cake delivers the perfect balance of nutty flavour, sweetness and freshness. Ideal for celebrations, family gatherings, gifting or enjoying as a luxurious dessert at home.
Ingredients: Eggs, caster sugar, self-raising flour (wheat), baking powder, salt, vanilla bean paste, condensed milk, whole milk, evaporated milk, cream, icing sugar, cardamom powder and pistachios.
Allergen Notice: Contains and may contain traces of cereals including gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya.
Size Guide: Foil tray 200mm x 300mm (approximately 6–8 slices. Pre-cutting available on request).
Storage: Best served chilled. Keep refrigerated when not being consumed and enjoy within 3 days for the best flavour and texture.
