Description: Fresh, moist, zesty lemon sponge, soaked in our lemon syrup, topped with vanilla buttercream along with hints of lemon.
Ingredients: Unsalted Butter, Vegetable Oil, Eggs, Caster sugar, Icing Sugar, Wheat Flour, Bicarbonate soda, Salt, Lemon Zest, Whole Milk, Poppy Seeds, Belgian White Chocolate.
Size guide: 323mm x 201mm x 33mm (8 slices approx. Please request to be pre-cut)
How to store: Keep in a cool dry place. Refrigerate when not being consumed.
